Jaswant began their career in 2009 as a smart class coordinator at Educomp Solutions Ltd, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a software developer at Gyan Systems. In 2012, they joined Red5 India Pvt. Ltd. as a software developer before moving on to MphRx (My Personal Health Records eXpress), where they held various positions. Jaswant started at MphRx in 2012 as a senior software developer and later became a technical lead from 2014 to 2015. Since 2015, Jaswant has been working at MphRx as a development manager and software architect.
