Jennifer Eze is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Babcock University, Nigeria. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Mplify since December 2021, Jennifer oversees the client onboarding journey and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance customer growth and satisfaction. Prior to this, Jennifer held positions at eTranzact International PLC, including Customer Success Manager and Business Development Executive, where responsibilities included data analysis to identify growth opportunities, conducting research and development, and building strong business relationships with clients.
