Katie Bongard, RPA, is an experienced professional in property management and real estate with a background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Transwestern since July 2018, Katie oversees property management at 60 South Sixth. In addition to this role, Katie is an active member of the Budget & Operations Committee for the Mpls Downtown Improvement District and the Executive Committee for the mpls downtown council, both since January 2023. Previous positions include significant roles on various boards, such as the Downtown Minneapolis TMO Board of Directors and the Minneapolis BOMA Board of Directors, along with managerial positions at firms like Cushman & Wakefield and Piedmont Office Realty Trust. Katie holds a degree in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
