Krista Dusil

Krista Dusil currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Medica and is a member of Break into the Boardroom, a program aimed at promoting women in executive board roles within the healthcare sector. Dusil is also a Board Member and Finance Committee Chair for mpls downtown council, a business organization focused on enhancing the city’s core. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for NMDP, a global leader in cell therapy, and Sanvello Health, which provides comprehensive digital mental health solutions. Additionally, Dusil held multiple finance-related roles at UnitedHealth Group, including Principal and CFO of UHG Ventures, and began their career in auditing with Arthur Andersen. Dusil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
