Walid Ismail

Walid Ismail is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal & Board Secretary at MPM Properties, a subsidiary of ADIB, since September 2023. Previously, Walid held the position of AVP - Legal Head & Board Secretary at Abu Dhabi Finance, a Mubadala subsidiary, from April 2022 to January 2023, managing the company’s legal department and board secretariat. Prior roles include Senior Legal Manager at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, overseeing legal matters for Union National Bank's Islamic banking and real estate divisions, and Group Legal Counsel at AL DHAHERI CAPITAL INVESTMENT GROUP. Walid’s earlier career includes significant legal roles at ENG Worldwide, RAKBANK, Al Fadil Advocate Office, and Mohamed Sluman Advocates. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University and a Higher Diploma in Law from Tanta University.
