François Malissin

François Malissin began their work experience in 2000 as an International Marketing Director Assistant at Pernod Ricard. François analyzed brand plans for various European distributors and contributed to range strategy development. François then became an Export Manager, participating in the development of international strategies and overseeing European distributors' performance. In 2004, François took on the role of Marketing Manager at Pernod Ricard, leading a team of 12 people and managing a budget of $1.5 million. François focused on brand development, market segmentation, internal brand activation, and external brand activation. In 2009, François joined Autajon as a Sales Manager, responsible for sales development in the luxury packaging industry. François managed a team of 16 people. In 2012, François became the Director of Sales and Business Development at MPO France, where they led the company's transition from the music and video industry to the premium cosmetics, perfume, wines, and spirits sector, achieving a turnover of €18 million.

François Malissin completed their Master of Science degree in Food Industry from the Institut supérieur d'Agriculture de Lille, which took place from 1989 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master Degree in International Wine and Spirits Business at Burgundy School of Business - BSB, which occurred from 1994 to 1995.
