Jayant Varma

Jayant Varma is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product strategies across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of Product Management at mPokket since February 2023, Jayant previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Zerone Microsystems Private Limited, where notable achievements included the development of CardSe, a highly rated mobile payment solution. Jayant also contributed to Paytm as VP of Products, focusing on data analytics and AI-driven solutions, and co-founded The Local Tribe, aimed at fostering community interactions. Earlier career roles include VP of Technology at ValueFirst Digital Media, GM and Head of Products at People Infocom, and multiple leadership positions at One97 Communications and KPMG. Academically, Jayant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
