Nilanjan Roychowdhury is an experienced professional in Quality and Training Management, currently serving as the Associate Vice President at mPokket since December 2019. With a strong focus on enhancing employee performance through systematic quality and training programs, Nilanjan collaborates closely with business leaders to identify training needs and implement standard operating processes. Prior to mPokket, Nilanjan held senior managerial positions at Aircel, Aegis BPO Ltd, Digicall, Intelenet Global Services, and RelianceBPO, managing operations, customer experience, and service delivery across various sectors.
