Thirumurugan Kandhan

Thirumurugan Kandhan is an experienced EHSO professional currently employed at Mesaieed Power Company Ltd since November 2021. Previously, Thirumurugan held various positions including Deputy HSE Manager at Galfar Al Misnad Engineering & Contracting WLL and Lead HSSE for the Madina SEC Project at Shell. With extensive background at Madina Group, Thirumurugan contributed as Assistant HSE Manager and HSE Engineer, focusing on compliance with HSE requirements and management systems such as ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Experience also includes serving as HSE Lead for the QatarGas Laffan Refinery-2 Zero Liquid Discharge Project and Project HSE Manager for critical LNG plant projects. Thirumurugan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Bharathidasan University and a Master of Business Administration from the School of Management, IGNOU.
