Claire Almand

Claire Almand has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Claire is currently working at MPOWER Financing, where they started as a Marketing Strategy MBA Intern and helped establish the company's marketing team. Claire has since been promoted to Associate Manager, Manager, Senior Manager, and is currently an Associate Director in the Marketing department.

Prior to MPOWER Financing, Claire worked at the University of Maryland as an Executive Communication Graduate Assistant, where they developed professional presentations and workshops for the Executive Communication program.

Claire also worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Worcester County Tourism, where they created original content and implemented strategies to increase engagement and awareness.

Earlier in their career, Claire worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Professional Wizardry, providing clients with knowledge and tools to manage their digital presence. Claire also served as an Administrator & Marketing Manager at The Globe Berlin, managing social media channels and implementing a loyalty rewards program.

Claire's first job was as a Behavior Analyst at Tryon Therapy, where they analyzed data to create detailed reports and recommendations to improve therapy plans.

Throughout their experience, Claire has demonstrated their expertise in digital marketing, content creation, project management, and team leadership.

Claire Almand obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Swarthmore College between the years 2007 and 2011. Claire then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2016 to 2018.
