Vivek Gupta is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Performance and Learning at MPOWER Financing since January 2024, where a data-driven approach is utilized to enhance organizational capabilities. Prior to this, Vivek held the position of Director of Talent Strategy & Business Excellence at Visteon Corporation, collaborating with C-suite executives to drive leadership and talent development. Extensive experience includes roles at Rentokil Initial, where leadership programs were designed across 12 Asian countries, and previous positions at ANZ, Microsoft, GE Money Servicing, and others, focused on training, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
