April Dilts

April Dilts has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. April started their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Manager at Magna International, where they worked until 2011. April then joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Human Resources Director from January 2011 to June 2012. From there, they moved on to Honeywell, where they held various roles including Global Human Resources Director from September 2016 to February 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources at MPP, a position they have held since February 2019.

April Dilts attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a second concentration in Business Management. April'sfield of study was Communication, Journalism, and Business Management.
