Kay Khine Myo Thwin

Kay Khine Myo Thwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management and administration. Currently serving as the Executive Office Manager and Assistant Manager at MPRL E&P since August 2014, Kay has previously held various roles including Assistant Manager, Staff Officer, Executive Secretary, Senior Secretary, and Secretary at Myint & Associates Co., Ltd. from June 2006 to July 2014. Kay began a career in the public sector as a government staff member at the No. (1) Mining Enterprise under the Ministry of Mines from 1997 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Yangon University of Distance Education (2019-2020), a Master of Public Administration from Yangon University of Economics (2015-2018), an International Diploma in Business Administration from Informatics Academy (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Yangon (1999-2002).
