Holly Schaffer

Holly Schaffer, MBA, serves as the Director of Customer Success at mPulse since May 2025. Previously, Holly held the position of VP of Care Delivery at Carelon from January 2022 to July 2024, where leadership in national account management, growth strategy, and client retention resulted in multimillion-dollar revenue growth. Holly also worked as a Strategic Partnership Growth Leader at Carelon, establishing key relationships that generated significant annual revenue. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Ciox Health, where Holly enhanced team productivity and client satisfaction, and Vice President at Cotiviti, focusing on client retention and revenue increases.
