Dawn Castain is an experienced real estate professional with extensive expertise in property management and brokerage. Currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager at MPV Properties, LLC since June 2020, Dawn collaborates with asset managers and senior management in onboarding new properties while overseeing operations for diverse property types, including retail and medical office buildings. As the Broker In Charge at Haven Realty since April 2018, Dawn represents clients in residential real estate transactions, possesses a deep understanding of resale homes and new construction, and manages marketing initiatives and social media platforms. Prior experience includes serving as a real estate broker at Wilkinson ERA Real Estate from 2003 to 2018, where Dawn focused on establishing relationships and assessing property values, and as a Senior Account Manager at LendingTree from 2000 to 2003, overseeing lender management and process recommendations.
