Mike Chatham

Mike Chatham is a seasoned commercial real estate broker with extensive experience in the industry. Since September 2015, Mike has been with MPV Properties, a leading firm in the Carolinas known for its excellent workplace culture. Additionally, Mike has been serving as Broker-in-Charge at Roundabout Properties, LLC since July 2012, focusing on Off-Campus Student Housing projects. From 2011 to 2015, Mike held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Monarch Ventures-King Residential Group, where responsibilities included market analysis and site acquisition for upscale student housing development. Mike's earlier career includes a role as Managing Member at Carolina Hotel Associates, and Mike served on the Choice Hotels Owners Council from 2005 to 2011, where Mike held several leadership positions. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1976 to 1981.
