Tim Dondero

Tim was named General Manager of MPW’s Industrial Water Division in January, 2017. Tim manages all Industrial Water operations including: accounting, field services, plant operations, sales and human resources. Dondero started with MPW in 2013 as Plant Service Manager. In 2015 he was promoted to Director of Field Services. While in this role, he guided Plant Services, Field Services and Logistics for Industrial Water.

Prior to working at MPW, Tim worked for Sherwin-Williams for 18 years, holding positions in corporate purchasing, plant management and acquisitions. Dondero received his bachelor’s degree from Heidelberg University and his MBA from Cleveland State University.

Tim is an active member of his Knights of Columbus fraternal charitable council, serving as Treasurer.
