Johanna Suominen

Johanna Suominen serves as the Human Resources and Sustainability Manager at MPY since March 2025, with prior experience in various HR roles at Elcoline Group, Halton Group, and KSS Energia Oy, among others. At Elcoline Group, Johanna led and developed HR management functions, emphasizing recruitment processes and employee wellbeing. With a strong background in HR practices and communication, Johanna has also contributed to projects aimed at fostering young leadership through JCI Finland. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics from LUT University and ongoing studies for a Master of Engineering at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, alongside various HR management certifications.
