Richard Fitch has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Richard began their career as a Derivatives Trader at Crédit Agricole CIB from 1996 to 1999. Richard then worked as an Assistant Director at Halifax Group Treasury & Wholesale Banking from 1999 to 2001. Following this, they held a position as Director at Halifax Bank of Scotland Treasury Services from 2001 to 2007. Richard then moved to The Rank Group plc, where they served as a Board Director for their Interactive Division from 2008 to 2009. Richard later became a Board Director at City Index from 2009 to 2011. Richard's next role was as a Director at Lambda Bay from October 2011 to April 2016. Currently, Richard is serving as the Deputy CEO at MQube, where they contribute to the development of next-generation mortgages.
