Currently serving as the General Manager of Sales Marketing at Chen Foods since June 2020, Kevin holds full P&L responsibility and manages key customer relationships with major retailers. Previous roles include National Business Manager positions at Twinings, where Kevin oversaw significant national accounts and strategic growth initiatives, and Sales Manager at Carlton & United Breweries, managing substantial sales budgets. Kevin's career also includes leadership positions at Diageo, PZ Cussons, and L'Oréal, where responsibilities encompassed team leadership, sales strategy development, and commercial objectives realization. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology.

Founded in 1982 by Peter Chen, Chen Foods is a family owned Australian business now run by daughters Lucy and Nancy Chen. While Mr Chen remains at the helm of the organisation, he has passed his legacy on to the next generation to run the operations. The company was renamed from Chenco Foods to Chen Foods and under the new business, Lucy and Nancy have continued to honour their family origins, naming their favourite & most popular brand after the one and only head of the house, Mr Chen. Chen Foods is a wholly Australian owned and run family business and continues to provide the highest quality produce and recipes to the Australian market. As one of the pioneers of Asian cuisine in Australia, our range and brands have become staples in Australian homes.
