Currently serving as the National Account Manager at Chen Foods since July 2022, Lester has previously held key positions at Philip Morris Limited, including roles in Key Accounts and Sales Planning from 2009 to July 2022. Prior to that, Lester was a National Account Manager at LifeStyles Healthcare from July 2018 to June 2022 and worked at Exide Technologies in Dubai as a Sales Manager from 1998 to 2004. Additional experience includes serving as Country Manager at Johnson Controls from 1994 to 1998 and in various capacities at CEAT TYRES LTD. from 1992 to 1994. Educational background includes attendance at Stewart School.

Founded in 1982 by Peter Chen, Chen Foods is a family owned Australian business now run by daughters Lucy and Nancy Chen. While Mr Chen remains at the helm of the organisation, he has passed his legacy on to the next generation to run the operations. The company was renamed from Chenco Foods to Chen Foods and under the new business, Lucy and Nancy have continued to honour their family origins, naming their favourite & most popular brand after the one and only head of the house, Mr Chen. Chen Foods is a wholly Australian owned and run family business and continues to provide the highest quality produce and recipes to the Australian market. As one of the pioneers of Asian cuisine in Australia, our range and brands have become staples in Australian homes.
