Carla Navas

Carla Navas has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Vice President of Non Delegated Correspondent at Mr. Cooper since February 2019. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Executive Vice President of Retail Operations at Pacific Union Financial, LLC from April 2017 to January 2019. Carla's career includes significant leadership roles, such as COO and Managing Director at Dignified Home Loans from August 2010 to April 2017, and Senior Vice President in various capacities at Bank of America from May 1998 to August 2010. Carla began the professional journey at Sears Mortgage as Vice President of Product Management from 1986 to 1989 and also held the role of Director at PMI from 1995 to 1997. Carla is currently retired since June 2019.
