Chrissy Carder

Chrissy Carder has extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, currently serving as Principal Compliance and Information System Manager at Mr. Cooper since February 2019. Prior to this role, Chrissy held various positions at Pacific Union Financial, LLC from August 2013 to February 2019, including Product Manager, Sr LOS Specialist, and Senior Training Facilitator, responsible for developing training curriculum for new hires and ongoing employee education. Chrissy also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Real Estate Mortgage Network from May 2012 to August 2013, where training sessions focused on both Sales and Operations. Additional experience includes roles as Business Instructor and Sr Project Consultant at MetLife Home Loans, Loan Processor at First Horizon / MetLife Home Loans, Executive Assistant at DFW Lakes Hilton, and Secondary Marketing at Countrywide Home Loans. Education was pursued at UT El Paso from 1983 to 1984.
