Dee Mencia

Dee Mencia serves as the Senior Vice President at Mr. Cooper since May 2022, following the role of Chief Operating Officer at Community Loan Servicing, LLC from April 2020 to May 2022. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, where Dee held various positions from September 2004 to April 2020, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President. Responsibilities encompass oversight of Loss Mitigation Fulfillment Operations, Project Management, and Business Systems, along with previous leadership in Process Improvement and Quality Assurance. Dee holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Political Science, and Religion from the University of Miami. High school education was completed at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
