Joel Shook

Joel Shook is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Senior Vice President (SVP) at Mr. Cooper since September 2023, following the acquisition of Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC, where Joel held the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) from October 2010 to June 2023. Prior to this, Joel served as SVP at Roosevelt Management Company from October 2010 to February 2023 and as Director of Business Development at Home Servicing, LLC from 2008 to 2010. Joel's career also includes a tenure as SVP at C-BASS, LLC from 2001 to 2007 and as VP at Pacific Premier Bank from 1999 to 2001. Joel Shook graduated from the University of Washington, earning a degree from 1988 to 1992.
