Megan Swanson

Megan Swanson currently serves as the AVP of Vendor Risk Governance at Mr. Cooper, where responsibilities include strategic oversight of third-party risk management (TPRM) policies and regulatory engagement with state and federal agencies. Previously, Megan held the title of Principal, Vendor Program Administration, and prior to that, served as a Senior Vendor Management Analyst, focusing on vendor compliance and due diligence. Before joining Mr. Cooper, Megan worked at Freddie Mac for nearly nine years, progressing from Supplier Services Coordinator to Team Lead in REO Vendor Services, where contributions included supervising vendor networks, implementing system enhancements, and developing performance frameworks. Megan holds a degree in Business Management from the University of North Texas.
