Misty Lea

Misty Lea, CTP, currently serves as a Senior Treasury Accountant at Mr. Cooper since August 2022, where responsibilities include posting and reconciling high-volume daily cash entries, managing month-end close tasks, and developing automation workflows in Alteryx. A background in treasury operations includes previous roles as Senior Manager Treasury Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality and Treasury Manager at Advanced Integration Technology, where Misty managed complex cash flows, facilitated liquidity recommendations, and improved cash management processes. Additional experience includes serving as a Student Intern at Hope's Door New Beginning Center and previous roles in cash management at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Omni Hotels. Misty holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Woman's University and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Licensed Professional Counseling at Amberton University.
