Rachel Anderson

Rachel Anderson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in systems administration and network management. Currently serving as Principal IT Infrastructure at Mr. Cooper since February 2017, Rachel previously held the position of Systems Engineer II. At AIG from January 2000 to December 2016, Rachel was the Systems Administrator Team Lead, overseeing a team of 20 in Windows Operations and managing technical escalations. Earlier roles include Corporate Network/Systems Administrator at NEC Corporation of America, Senior Network Administrator at TRITON ENERGY LIMITED, and Network Specialist at Boeing Defense & Space. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Development from Amberton University, completed in 2000.
