Sara Torres

Sara Torres has extensive experience in customer care and solutions within the financial services sector, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Care/Solutions at Mr. Cooper since May 2022, after previously holding the role of AVP in the same department. Prior to this position, Sara worked as AVP of Loss Mitigation at Community Loan Servicing, LLC from March 2021 to May 2022. Sara's earlier career includes various roles at Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, spanning over thirteen years, including Customer Support Manager, NPV Specialist, and Correspondence Researcher. Sara began the career at Yale Mortgage, where responsibilities included serving as Customer Service and Insurance Processor. Sara is an alumnus of Miami Dade College, having attended from 2004 to 2006.
