Shun Carter

Shun Carter, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration and customer service management. Currently serving as a Vendor Governance Risk Analyst at Mr. Cooper since July 2011, Shun identifies process gaps to minimize risks to the organization. Previously, Shun held an internship as a Business Office Manager at North Dallas Surgicare in 2015, where responsibilities included generating reports on patient outcomes and conducting monthly chart audits. Additionally, from April 2007 to June 2011, Shun managed a team of customer service professionals at Kelly's Kids, focusing on operational efficiency and service quality, while also serving as a Human Resource Assistant. Shun obtained a Master of Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis on Human Resource Management from Alcorn State University.
