Stephen Renfroe

Stephen Renfroe currently serves as AVP of Compensation and People Analytics at Mr. Cooper, a position held since December 2017, following a role as Manager of People Analytics and Compensation. Prior to Mr. Cooper, Stephen worked at Hitachi Consulting as Lead Compensation Analyst from February 2014 to December 2017, and at Vertex Business Services as Senior Compensation and Benefit Specialist from April 2013 to February 2014, where responsibilities included leading annual enrollment and implementing a new HRIS. Earlier in the career, Stephen was a Compensation Specialist III at Fluor from July 2006 to April 2013, leading global salary planning for 20,000 employees and developing salary structures across multiple countries. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas.
