Tim Lightfoot

Tim Lightfoot has over two decades of experience in the mortgage servicing industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mr. Cooper since June 2023. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Vice President at Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC from January 2015 to July 2023, where also contributed as Vice President of Loss Mitigation. Tim served as a City Councilman for the City of Red Oak, Texas from May 2010 to May 2019, while also offering consulting services at Lightfoot Consulting from January 2013 to January 2015. Earlier roles included Assistant Vice President of Default Administration at Saxon Mortgage and Loss Mitigation Supervisor/Portfolio Specialist at GMAC Mortgage. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Dallas, obtained between 1995 and 2001.
