Toniqua Green

Toniqua Green has a diverse and extensive work experience. Toniqua started their career in 2006 at Nationstar Mortgage, where they held multiple roles including Collections/Collateral/Foreclosure/Floor Coach, AVP Foreclosure, and Foreclosure Manager. In these positions, Toniqua demonstrated their expertise in managing distressed loans, coordinating with various business units, overseeing outside counsel relationships, and serving as a liaison for GSE/Special Servicing contacts. Toniqua joined Mr. Cooper in 2019 and currently holds the position of VP Corporate Social Responsibility. Prior to this, they served as AVP Corporate Social Responsibility and AVP Risk - Issues Management. Toniqua's work experience reflects their strong skills in risk management, operational support, and corporate social responsibility.

Toniqua Green obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College in 2005. Between the years 2008 and 2010, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix. Toniqua also holds several additional certifications, including Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from ELVTR in November 2022, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021, Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from LinkedIn in November 2020, Communicating Across Cultures from LinkedIn in September 2020, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn in September 2020, and Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in August 2020.
