Xiao Zhu-Hill is an experienced professional in finance and analytics, currently serving as AVP - Strategy and Analytics at Mr. Cooper since October 2021, where management includes the Loss Recovery Reporting team and performance tracking. Prior to this role, Xiao held the position of Managing Director of FP&A at Homepoint, providing CFO support for various servicing organizations and managing annual budgets.
