Michael Connolly

Michael Connolly has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. Michael began their career in 1996 as President and Principal Consultant at Ubiqua Technologies, Inc., where they negotiated a multi-year voice and data services contract resulting in cost savings of $3 million. Michael then moved to Tellabs Operations, Inc. in 1998 as Systems Manager of IT, leading a specialized project management team of technical experts. In 1999, Michael took on the role of Director of Professional Services at Macromedia, Inc., where they built and managed a team of 20 consultants and successfully positioned and sold Professional Services resulting in $10 million in annual revenue. From 2003 to 2006, Michael worked at Ritchie Capital Management, LLC as Project Manager and Application Support Supervisor, and then at Hospira, Inc. as Global IT Program Manager. In 2010, Michael joined Sears Holdings Corporation as Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Security PMO. From 2018 to 2020, Michael was Sr. Manager of IT Operations - Digital Workplace at USG, and is currently Director of Technology & Support at M&R Electronic Systems, Inc., where they are driving strategic vision and maintaining alignment with company objectives for Information Technology and Customer Support Management.

Michael Connolly attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1985 to 1990, where they studied Telecommunications, Public Affairs & Policy. Michael then obtained a Master of Science in Data Science from DePaul University in 2021.
