At Mr Enthusiast, we’re redefining what it means to build a home. As a national building broker based in Perth, we empower first and second home builders to navigate the construction journey with confidence, clarity, and excitement.

Building a home should be one of life’s most rewarding experiences — but too often it’s filled with stress, confusion, and empty promises. That’s where we step in. Our role is to simplify the process, translate industry jargon, and protect our clients from common pitfalls, ensuring that your home-building experience feels personal, positive, and seamless from start to finish.

We stand apart through personalisation, innovation, and consistent service, going beyond transactions to build lasting relationships and a community of confident homeowners. Every client is heard, understood, and supported through a process designed to be as enjoyable as it is rewarding.

Our purpose is simple: to make building a home a journey worth remembering. We lead with honesty, reliability, and a passion for helping people achieve their dreams — turning what can be an overwhelming process into a clear, guided experience that inspires trust and excitement.

We’re proud to be the team people turn to first when thinking about building. With a straightforward, no-nonsense approach, we ensure every client is treated equally and every decision made in their best interest.

Beyond broking, we’re educators and advocates for better building experiences. Through The Enthusiast Lab, our podcast, we share insights, advice, and real stories that demystify the building industry — helping Australians make informed, empowered decisions about their homes.

At Mr Enthusiast, we don’t just help you build a house — we help you build confidence, connection, and a future you’ll be proud of.
