Ronald Scadina

Ronald Scadina holds a diverse leadership portfolio in business development and sales across multiple companies. Currently serving as VP of Business Development & Strategic Growth at Mr. Espresso and Executive Vice President of Sales at EarthFirst Organic, Ronald also co-founded and is an angel investor in several ventures. As the Executive Director-Pastor of CoffeeForChrist.com, Ronald leads a ministry focused on outreach efforts in the Bay Area. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Steeped Coffee, where Ronald secured key relationships with major brands, and National Director of Business Development at Aramark. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and business studies at Santa Clara University.
