Oliver Flesher has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Estimator at Mr. Excavator, Inc. since June 2012, where previous roles included Laborer and Estimator. Prior experience includes a position as an Instructor at Gilmour Ice Arena from June 2008 to August 2012. Oliver Flesher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Supply Management from the University of Dayton, earned between 2013 and 2016.

Mr. Excavator is a family owned and operated excavating contractor headquartered in Kirtland, Ohio, with a regional office in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Excavator is adept at handling all facets of site development and roadwork. We self-perform site demolition, site clearing, mass excavation and utility installations. Mr. Excavator services the commercial, education, healthcare, energy and industrial sectors throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Mr. Excavator employs union operators and laborers. We provide our workforce with the proper tooling and equipment to perform their work safely and efficiently. Safety is paramount! In addition to providing the proper safety equipment, we also provide our workforce with safety training and monitoring on a continuing basis.
