Christian Mang'eli

Christian Mang'eli has worked for three companies since 2017. Christian began as an Intern at Mr. Green Trading Africa Kenya Ltd., then moved to IEBC-Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission as an Office Clerk. In 2017, they also began working at BoP Innovation Center as a Project Research Liason. At Mr. Green Trading Africa Kenya Ltd., Christian has held various roles, including Supply Chain Manager, Data Analytics and Process Excellence Manager, Strategic Sourcing and Data Analytics Manager, Operations Assistant and Data Analyst, Data Analyst, and Supplier Relationship Officer. As Data Analytics and Process Excellence Manager, their role description included overall system process control and monitoring, as well as centralization of all data across the value chain. As Data Analyst, their role description included being a link between the administration and sourcing departments, analyzing integrating data to come up with trends and patterns, and orchestrating strategies to improve company targets. As Supplier Relationship Officer, their role description included introducing and running a loyalty program for plastic suppliers and monitoring the performance of the program.

Christian Mang'eli obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and Biosystems Engineering from the University of Nairobi in 2017. Christian then completed a Certification in Leadership and Management for Impact from the Amani Institute in the same year. Additionally, they hold a Leadership and Management certification from the Amani Institute.
