Esther Katiba

Esther Katiba has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2006. Esther began their career as a Human Resources Administration Assistant at Interconsumer Products Limited in 2006. In 2008, they moved to Career Route Solutions Ltd as a Lead HR & Legal Consultant. In 2018, Esther took on the role of General Manager HR & Administration at Bliss Medical Centre, where they were responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing policies and strategies, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In 2019, Esther was appointed Head of HR & Administration at Lintons Beauty World and also took on the role of Lead HR & Legal Consultant at Career Route Solutions Ltd. Currently, Esther is the Head of People Culture & Organization at Mr. Green Trading Africa Kenya Ltd.

Esther Katiba has a diverse educational background, beginning with a BA Law from Maharshi Dayanand University from 1995 to 1998. Esther then obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB Professional from the same university from 1998 to 2000. In 2001 and 2002, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. In 2000 and 2001, they obtained a Diploma from the Indian Institute of Management and Technology in Sales & Marketing. Esther also obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including the Institute of Human Resource Management, the Patricia Iyioha Emoron Foundation Fund, and the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya. Most recently, Esther obtained an MBA HR & ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT from the University of Nicosia from 2016 to 2021, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Nicosia Cyprus from 2017 to 2022.
