Javier Herranz

Javier Herranz is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Corporate Purchasing Manager at Mr. Hospitality Miami since July 2022, specializing in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management. Previously, Javier held the position of Corporate Purchasing Coordinator, overseeing multiple venues and leading the opening of a new venue called Queen. Prior experience includes serving as Opening F&B Director at GRUPO HABITA, where Javier managed the launch of an F&B venue in Oaxaca, and as F&B Assistant Manager at The Hoxton, coordinating operations across various areas. At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Javier supervised multiple outlets while maintaining high service standards. Javier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Les Roches and a Certificate in Food and Beverage Management from Cornell University, with an MBA in Management and Leadership anticipated in 2025 from Alliant International University.
