Julie Bass-Castillo

Julie Bass-Castillo has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Julie is currently serving as the Area Director of Sales for multiple hotels under M&R Hotel Management. Prior to this, they worked as the Complex Director of Sales for AAM 15 Management, LLC. Julie also held various positions at OTO Development, including Director of Sales & Marketing for Hampton Inn Times Square Central and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Penn Station. Julie has also served as the Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Real Hospitality Group/Fairfield Inn Times Square & Sheraton Four Points Midtown Times Square. Julie's earlier experiences include being the Director of Sales & Marketing for Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea, Director of Corporate Sales for Radisson Lexington Hotel NYC, and Preferred Sales Manager for Crowne Plaza Times Square. Julie started their career as a Sales Manager for Wyndham Hotels and worked as a Sales Assistant at Hotel Metro.

Julie Bass-Castillo earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Sales & Meeting Management from Johnson & Wales University, completing their education at the institution from 1989 to 1993.
