Lucas Gambardella

Lucas Gambardella is a seasoned professional in the culinary and customer experience sectors, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager for France and the UK at MR MARVIS since April 2021. Concurrently, Lucas holds the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Petit Gâteau since June 2020. Previous roles include Pastry Chef at MAISON CHRISTIAN FAURE PASTRY SCHOOL from February 2019 to March 2020, and Pastry Assistant at both Laurent Duchene and Hôtel Plaza Athénée Paris during 2017.
