Charlotte Heyman has worked in the hospitality, art, and gallery industries since 2009. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Gallery Assistant at Sprovieri Gallery. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Sales Account Manager at The Bridgeman Art Library, where they successfully brought in 5 new accounts on a weekly basis resulting in additional revenue of 15% per annum and grew existing customer accounts by 200% YOY. From 2014 to present, they have been Regional Manager, Hotel & Villa Partnerships at Mr & Mrs Smith, where they developed exceptional client relationships and consistently ranked among the Top 3 out of 30 salespeople in the company by exceeding targets.

Charlotte Heyman received their Master of Arts in Art Charlotte'story from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2008. In 2019, they earned a Level 2 Award Wines & Spirits (with Merit) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
