Kate Pettifer

Kate Pettifer has worked in the writing and editing industry since 2000. Kate began their career at Haymarket Publishing as a Travel editor and chief sub for Eve. In 2009, they joined Mr & Mrs Smith as a Contributing editor and Acting Associate Editor. Later that year, they moved to Reader's Digest as a Travel Editor, UK. After that, Kate took a break from work for Maternity Leave. In 2010, they were Available for work in London, UK as a Freelance writer/editor. Kate also worked as a Freelance editor for Telegraph Media Group and Consumer Editor for Create. Finally, in 2021, Kate joined Mr & Mrs Smith again as a Content Writer & Editor and Project Writer.

Kate Pettifer attended The Latymer School, N9 from 1984 to 1989. Kate then pursued a BA Hons in English Literature at the University of York from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they completed an MA in Commonwealth Literature at the University of Leeds from 1996 to 1997.
