Dr Liziwe Masoga

Dr Liziwe Masoga is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Mr Price Group, Dr Masoga previously held the position of Senior Vice President & Chief HR Officer at Massmart and has also undertaken a personal sabbatical. Prior roles include Executive People, Brand & Customer Experience and Human Resources Executive at Old Mutual Insure, as well as Head of People Operations at Discovery Holdings. Dr Masoga is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Consulting Psychology from the University of South Africa and has completed the Discovery Executive Development Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional growth and expertise in the field.
