Danny Sweem is an experienced executive with a robust background in sales and leadership within the textile and printing industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The M&R Companies since May 2018, Danny previously held the position of Vice President of the Textile Inks Business Unit at Nazdar SourceOne, overseeing operations across the USA, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean since December 2013. Prior roles include South East Regional Manager at Nazdar SourceOne, President and Founder of Hero Global Services, LLC, and Vice President of Screen Print Sales at Rutland Plastic Technologies, Inc. Danny began a career in leadership as Director of Sales and Marketing for Silkworm, Inc. Danny holds two Associate Degrees in Management and General Business from York Technical College, earned between 1985 and 1989.
