Theresa Santangelo Bugeaud

Theresa Bugeaud is a seasoned professional in data analytics and project management, currently serving as the Director of Data Analytics at M+R since August 2012, where responsibilities include supporting online advocacy and fundraising efforts for nonprofit clients through data analysis and reporting. Previously, Theresa held roles such as Senior Project Manager at PoliOps, leading the development of integrated political operations systems, and worked as a Targeting Intern for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, analyzing voter data. Earlier experience includes managing a custom CRM system as Development Manager at MassEquality and filling various roles at Grassroots Campaigns. Theresa holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Political Science and Art History from Boston University.
