Jo Ann Cordero Belen

Jo Ann Cordero Belen is a seasoned professional in the visual effects industry, currently serving as a Senior Flame/Nuke Artist at Mr. Wolf since April 2025. Belen has been an active member of the Visual Effects Society since June 2019 and holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Managers for the Vancouver Section. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Compositor at Framestore for the project "How to Train A Dragon," and leadership as a Compositing Supervisor at CoSA VFX. Additionally, Belen has contributed to projects at various reputable companies, including ZERO VFX, Rodeo VFX, beloFX, Scanline VFX, Digital Domain, and MPC, with projects ranging from "Blue Beetle" to "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts." Belen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications from the University of the Philippines between 1987 and 1992.
