Dominique Helou-Testerman, PMP, currently serves as Advanced Lead Engineering Operations at ST Engineering - Middle River Aerostructure Systems since June 2021, focusing on project planning and controls in collaboration with engineering project management staff. Previous roles include Program Management Engineer at Nakotah, LLC., where responsibilities encompassed project management within engineering operations, and instructional systems designer and master scheduler at ArcSource Group, Inc., supporting the National Surveyor Training Program under the CMS. Dominique also held positions as a consultant at Signature Consulting Group, associate project manager at Connections Academy, manager of asthma-friendly schools at the American Lung Association, and adjunct faculty at the Community College of Baltimore County. Education includes a graduate certificate in Public Relations and Integrated Communication, a Master's in Communication Management, and a Bachelor's in Advertising, all from Towson University.

Middle River Aerostructure Systems is a world-leading manufacturer of thrust reverser (the braking system on a jet engine), engine nacelle components and specialized aerostructures. It supplies and supports these products for engine makers, airplane manufacturers and aircraft operators. Located on Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay near Baltimore, MRAS has a 1.7-million sq. ft. facility situated on 180 acres – where the company and its predecessors have designed, built and equipped civil and military aircraft for nearly 90 years. In addition to MRAS’ design, development and manufacturing capabilities, the company provides technical support and spares services for its products. MRAS also has in-house expertise and extensive production resources for lightweight composite materials across a full range of aviation applications. In 2019, MRAS was acquired by ST Engineering Systems North America, the affiliate of Singapore-based ST Engineering – becoming a part of its global network of aerospace facilities and offices. With the ownership change, the company was renamed Middle River Aerostructure Systems.
